Psychological safety of employees is very important for organization functioning and development as it contributes to improved team performance, job involvement, sharing information knowledge, ensuring their strong desire continue working developing in the where they work. The purpose study reveal organizational factors psychological at a position, that determine, which characteristics internal condition affect employees’ perceptions feelings about workplace safety.
